Prototype Transportation Research Data Exchange

Some of the submitters to this challenge may find benefit from a prototype environment of transportation data made available through the U.S. Department of Transportation.

The prototype environment, known as the Research Data Exchange (RDE), is available at http://rde.indrasoft.net/home. The Research Data Exchange (RDE) is being developed as a transportation data sharing system that promotes sharing of both archived and real-time data from multiple sources (including vehicle probes) and multiple modes. Users of the RDE need to establish usernames and passwords.

Descriptions of the available data sets, including from vehicles much like the subject of this challenge, are posted on http://rde.indrasoft.net/showde.
