Screening of submissions
It seems like at least one submission is from Canada and has won previous contests (moj.io).

Based on the rules, this would make their submission ineligible.
Are the submissions screened for this?

That being said, I think this is one of the best submissions.
I think it is wrong to limit any good ideas to our borders. Innovation is about being open and inclusive and looking outside your organization; or in this case- our country.
Why is this open to only permanent US residents?
